High-Rise Description
Originally built in 1917 and named after George Henry Hermann, the great Houston philanthropist, the building was last used on a full-time basis for the Salvation Army. Hermann Lofts are now home to only 25 loft condominiums. Each features original brick, large windows, high ceilings and large open floor plans. Hermann Lofts are located just off of Market in the famed Historic Warehouse District next to the original Cotton Exchange Building.
